Cancellation Policy
Ask Me Anything calls are 30-minute, one-on-one sessions booked through our system by you. It's your job to choose your expert from those showing open availability at checkout — AMA calls can't be used to request time with a coach without availability. Need to cancel or reschedule? Let us know at least 24 hours before your call and we'll move you at no charge. Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows inside 24 hours forfeit the session. All AMA calls are non-refundable once purchased. Exceptions may only be made in cases of emergency, at our discretion.
