Cancellation Policy
We are excited to support you on your author journey! Coaching sessions must be scheduled through our booking system at least 24 hours in advance. You will receive a confirmation email once your appointment is secured. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Any cancellations made within 24 hours, late arrivals of more than 15 minutes, or missed sessions without notice are considered non-refundable. If technical issues occur on our end, we will gladly reschedule at no additional cost. All coaching sessions and packages are non-refundable once purchased. Exceptions may only be made in cases of emergency at our discretion. To get the most out of your session, please come prepared with questions, drafts, or topics you would like to cover. Coaching is a collaborative process, and your progress depends on your participation and commitment.
